About
Goran advises in M&A transactions, debt restructuring transactions and consumer protection. He has extensive experience advising clients on intellectual property and technology matters in the context of M&A transactions and joint ventures. Goran also frequently advises clients, on both the customer and supply side, on a wide range of commercial agreements, both in relation to business separations and on a standalone basis. These include agreements for the transfer and exploitation of intellectual property, IT and business process outsourcings and system integration and other transformational IT projects. Clients benefit from his experience in corporate matters, as well as, his particular knowledge of issues regarding general business terms and conditions.
